I have posted my course evaluations (statistics only—no student comments without permission) because I think students have a right to know how their peers evaluated the course and my pedagogy, and so that other instructors can match up my syllabi with numbers related to the effectiveness of the course design. I will always post the statistical results for a course when they are available—good or bad—because I believe in transparency and accountability.
